After a wonderful trip, a slight time change and lots of fun, it's time to get back to reality. :(  I am looking forward to my own bed, a home cooked meal, working out in the yard and catching up on laundry.  Hopefully I will have some good pictures to share with you later this week.

We will be relaxing this weekend here: Carmel, California.  Shopping, eating, and golfing will all take place.  I hope you all have a great one.

Etsy Friday Favorites

Today you will notice a soft blue, beachy feel to my favorites.  Lovely notecards,  starfish hanger and a precious print of a Westie.

Simplesong Designs has lovely paper goods, letterpress, hello and thank you cards.  They are lovely and make wonderful gifts or simply keep for yourself.

These handy starfish hooks caught my eye and would look great in a beach house or bathroom.  Jennifer of Monkey and Squirrel is an avid crafter and named her shop after her two cats.

I'm sure it because I have a Westie that I love this giclee print by Glenda Harlan.  I also am drawn to the blues and feel of this piece of art.  She can do custom portraits of your pet, and these are special keep sakes. 

Garden spots

Today would be a wonderful day to spend some time in the garden.

Friday night by the bay

We are so excited to spend Friday night with my sister and brother in law at their beautiful home in Sausalito, California.  It was featured in the February issue of Architectural Digest and is even more amazing in person.  Sitting on top of a hill, the views of San Francisco bay are breathtaking as well as the weather.  Aaah, see you soon!

As I am planning on what to pack for our upcoming trip to to Carmel, CA, I was inspired by these looks that I found in the new Anthropologie catalog.  Cooler weather and casual attire.  Can't wait!
