Love .... Weirs Fall Harvest

We are lucky enough to live close to Weirs Furniture and I was in the store a couple of days ago and just had to share pretty, Fall entry.

I plan on using a few of these ideas at home.  Such a warm and welcome feel.

Shopping at West Elm

I've always loved looking through the West Elm catalog, and had the chance last week to shop in their Dallas store.  I was very impressed and will be back!

You could easily furnish your whole home here.  They have everything from furniture, lighting, bedding, rugs, storage and accessories.  This West Elm is in Mockingbird Station so stop in if you are in the area!

Laura Ashley Furnishings Spring/Summer

I came across the online Spring & Summer 2010 catalogue for Laura Ashley Home and found several pieces that I loved.  Because I love blues, cream, and ocean breezes,  all of these pictures made me happy.  The collection is full of furniture, lamps, china, accessories and textiles worth seeing.

Back In Stock at Wisteria, Sold!

Remember my blog about the ottoman that was out of stock forever at Wisteria?  Well... it is in stock, and already purchased 2 for our living room.  They came with a great cream cushion, but we decided to recover them and warm up the space.  Take a look.

Sweedish Accents

I seem to be drawn to the fresh, white woodwork, antique furnishings, bold accents, and the simplicity of  Sweedish interiors.  Here are a few rooms that inspire me.

Warm up by the Fire

We are expecting another winter storm here and this photo from Home and Cottage makes me want to curl up and stay indoors all day. Love the colors, the dog and the whole look.  Stay warm!

Romantic Cottage Look

There is a store in Dallas, TX that no matter when I am in there, I always leave in awh.  Vintage Living, by Lisa Luby Ryan was voted as one of the best Dallas Designers for several years and after spending time in her store you will know why.  She takes a cool, calm and collected approach to design.  She prefers a fresh, clean, minimal look with a touch of chic.  Stop by for a peek at her rare, sophisticated design style.

White rooms in Norway

One of my favorite things about having a blog is being able to share and get a peak into other wonderful blogs and lives of people with similar interests.  Anettehus is a beautiful blog from Norway with great photography and yummy rooms, scenery, etc...  This group of white rooms really inspired me!

Wisteria Outlet

Wisteria is one of my favorite catalogs and I am lucky enough to live about 15 minutes from their warehouse in Carrollton, TX.  They have several catalog items that are marked down because of minor flaws, returns, or just to get rid of and I always find something there to take home.  I was there Saturday and took these pictures with my iphone.  I finally got the stools I've been waiting on, and will update you with a picture after I get them recovered.

Out of Stock Forever??

I have been waiting and waiting for this stool to get in stock at Wisteria and still no luck.  I love it and want two of them to flank my fireplace.  We want to recover it in a fabric with smokey blues and cream.

{The 19th-century, European-inspired design makes us feel very regal when one of these sweet stools is tucked beneath the desk awaiting our arrival and doubly so with two poised at the foot of the bed. }
